By purchasing or using products and services offered by Emptrak P/L, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Services

Emptrak P/L supplies time and attendance hardware, software, and associated support services. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. Ordering and Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted will be outlined on the invoice or purchase agreement. Emptrak P/L reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch products promptly; however, shipping times may vary. Emptrak P/L is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control. For more information, refer to our [Shipping Policy].

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days under specific conditions. Products must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) must accompany all returns. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. See our [Return Policy] for full terms.

5. Warranty

Emptrak P/L may provide remote support or setup assistance as part of your purchase or support agreement. These services are provided during standard business hours unless otherwise agreed. We make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues but do not guarantee issue-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emptrak P/L will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, or a refund, as per Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
