Shipping Policy – Emptrak P/L

Emptrak P/L aims to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Most orders are shipped within the specified period. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.

Please note the following:

  • Delivery Estimates: While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, carrier disruptions, extreme weather conditions, supply chain interruptions, and customs clearance delays.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided where available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress via the carrier’s tracking system.

  • Liability: Emptrak P/L is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or unforeseen external circumstances. However, we will make every reasonable effort to support you in resolving any shipping issues that arise.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the shipping provider to initiate an investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
