Refund policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

1. The product must have been unfit for its advertised purpose.

2. The product and all included accessories (e.g. power supplies) must be returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. A valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form must be obtained and included with the returned item(s).

5. Emptrak P/L reserves the right to apply a deduction to the refund amount if the returned product is found to be damaged.

6. If the return does not meet the above criteria, Emptrak P/L may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund of the original purchase price.
